Position Summary
The Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring that our gas stations and convenience stores are staffed with qualified and motivated employees. The Recruiter will also oversee all corporate hiring. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, managing KPIs, and supervising junior recruiting staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the retail and convenience store industry.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company, including gas station attendants, store managers, and support staff.
Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Identify and source potential candidates through various means, including direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for open positions.
Hiring Process Management:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication with applicants.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Set and monitor KPIs related to recruitment, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Analyze recruitment metrics and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness, based on KPI analysis.
Employer Branding:

Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
