Are you passionate about people, processes, and technology? Do you possess a deep understanding of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)? If so, we are seeking a dynamic HRIS Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our HRIS to support our HR processes and policies, benefits, and leave administration across multiple states. This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HRIS or a related field.
Responsibilities:
As a HRIS Analyst, you will:
1. Serve as a subject matter expert and technical point-of-contact for all matters concerning the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
2. Collaborate with HR, benefits, and leave administration teams to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
3. Manage and execute HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
4. Maintain and update multiple HRIS systems to ensure accurate and timely access to employee data across multiple states.
5. Develop and maintain a variety of complex HRIS reports for ongoing customer needs. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
6. Train HR staff on new processes/functionality, guide them on HRIS usage, and troubleshoot issues.
7. Stay abreast of the latest developments in HRIS practices to ensure the organization's competitiveness in the market.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the HRIS Analyst role, you must have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HRIS role.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR processes and policies, benefits and leave administration, and multi-state regulations.
4. Proficiency in HRIS systems, with a strong preference for individuals with experience in the implementation, daily management, and support of these systems.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
7. Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.
8. A high level of discretion to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
