This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in HRIS systems, driving the implementation and integration of our HRIS platform across our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
As our HRIS Implementation Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of our HRIS system across the organization, ensuring that it aligns with our HR processes and business objectives.
2. Collaborating closely with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements, translating these into effective HRIS solutions.
3. Managing the customization of the HRIS system to meet unique business needs, ensuring the system remains user-friendly and efficient.
4. Overseeing the integration of the HRIS system with other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and improved business processes.
5. Creating and maintaining a variety of HRIS reports, providing valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
6. Providing training and support to HR and other users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the HRIS system.
7. Continuously monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal functionality.
8. Staying up-to-date with the latest HRIS trends and technologies, recommending system upgrades or enhancements as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS implementation and management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in HRIS customization, roll-out, and integration.
4. Strong knowledge of HR processes and terminologies.
5. Excellent technical skills, with proficiency in HRIS systems and related software.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create and interpret HRIS reports.
7. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead HRIS implementation projects from conception to completion.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support HRIS users.
9. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues.
10. A continuous learning mindset, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest HRIS trends and technologies.
