We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Generalist to join our team. As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of our HR department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment and labor laws, benefits administration, SHRM, payroll, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with state and federal laws.
Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Ensure compliance with all payroll laws and regulations, including tax withholding and reporting.
Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
Manage the performance evaluation process and provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
Develop and implement training programs for employees and managers to improve job skills and performance.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Stay up-to-date on changes in employment and labor laws and advise management on compliance issues.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role.
Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations.
Experience with benefits administration and payroll processing.
SHRM certification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
