We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in all aspects of HR, including benefits and payroll, training development, auditing, HRIS, employment law, onboarding, employee relations, policy administration, HR Policies & Procedures, and recruiting. This role will involve supporting a network of 15+ franchises and will require regular travel. The successful candidate will be an expert in conflict resolution and will have a proven track record of creating and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Human Resource Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Overseeing and managing all HR functions, including benefits, payroll, training development, auditing, HRIS, employment law, onboarding, employee relations, and policy administration.
2. Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR Policies & Procedures.
3. Providing support to our network of 15+ franchises, including regular travel to each location.
4. Resolving conflicts and managing employee relations issues, ensuring a positive, productive work environment.
5. Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff members, ensuring they are properly onboarded and trained.
6. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
7. Conducting regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Utilizing HRIS systems for data management and analysis, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Human Resource Manager position will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resource role, preferably in a managerial position.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience in benefits and payroll, training development, auditing, HRIS, employment law, onboarding, employee relations, policy administration, HR Policies & Procedures, and recruiting.
3. Experience supporting multiple locations or franchises, with a willingness to travel regularly.
4. Proven conflict resolution skills, with an ability to manage difficult situations and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proficiency in HRIS systems for data management and analysis.
7. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
8. Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
