The ideal HR Specialist is someone who has a passion and expertise in operations. The ideal candidate has experience in onboarding, operations and also, someone who can be a liaison between team members and HR to keep team's running smoothly. Secondly, the ideal candidate has recruiting experience and/or ability to handle the screening and proactive communication involved in recruiting. Lastly, the HR Specialist has strong employee relations and someone who can adapt to all team members. The ideal HR Specialist is also someone AI focused and/or has a passion for progressive technology and learning new ways to improve efficiency.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire life cycle of HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a keen understanding of the overall morale and implementing strategies to promote employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and strong analytical skills.
