Serve as a strategic HR partner, advising leaders on workforce planning and organizational development
Manage employee relations, investigations, and compliance with federal and defense regulations
Lead culture, engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives
Support leadership development, training, and talent management programs
Ensure adherence to all employment laws, EEO, and security/clearance requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus)
7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/defense
HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and employee relations
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance and ATF clearance
