Job Details
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Qualifications – Needed:
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with regulations
- Process terminations and payroll/status changes
- Manage recruitment processes: posting jobs, coordinating interviews, applicant tracking, and reference checks
- Conduct orientations, plant tours, and onboarding sessions
- Perform E-Verify and maintain I-9 documentation
- Maintain employee badge and locker systems
- Respond to unemployment compensation inquiries and workers’ compensation wage statements
- Support benefits administration as needed
- Assist with employee events and internal communications
- Prepare reports and documentation as requested
- Ensure compliance with attendance policies and progressive discipline processes
Qualifications – Needed:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1–2 years in an HR administrative role
- Experience or strong background in employee records management, recruiting, onboarding, and HRIS systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of E-Verify, I-9 compliance, and unemployment claims processing
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable attendance
