We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Human Resources Director to join our healthcare team. This is a permanent position, perfect for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growing organization. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, including benefits, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee relations investigations.

Responsibilities:

As our Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Oversee the management and administration of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and development.
3. Implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
4. Develop and manage a strong employee engagement strategy to foster a positive work environment and high employee morale.
5. Conduct thorough and objective employee relations investigations as needed, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team, fostering an environment that encourages professional growth and development.
7. Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
8. Prepare reports for the executive management team, providing relevant HR metrics and insights.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

1. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Human Resources Director or similar role in a healthcare setting.
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
3. In-depth knowledge of all HR functions including benefits, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee relations investigations.
4. Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
5. Excellent leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing a high-performing team.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization.
7. Proficient with Excel, Word, Publisher and PowerPoint business software is preferred.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to decision-making.
