Job Details

This person needs to be familiar with administrative work as well as analytical. This individual will be helping to problem solve and come up with new ideas internally to better processes, make different areas of the business more efficient, and have a voice within management decisions, in addition to administrative work.

  • Must have 4+ years with HR experience in construction or manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Help administer programs for all human resources areas.
  • Administration work for all human resource activities and policies including employment, employee relations, compensation, training and development, benefits administration, and diversity.
  • Help HR Director provide internal expertise and advise leadership regarding human resources initiatives.
  • Provide input on policies and programs to meet organizational needs and provides guidance and technical assistance to other areas.
  • Implement policies that will support overall culture, ensuring a great place to work for all employees.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule further interviews.
  • Create and revise job descriptions.
  • Responsible for open enrollment, monthly changes, ensuring accurate billing and recordkeeping.
  • Help establish and maintain effective forums for involving staff and employee representatives in identifying workplace issues and delivering solutions.
