As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This is a full-time position that requires a PHR certification and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding
- Manage benefits implementation and administration
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources-related matters
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Manage the performance appraisal process
- Provide support for employee engagement and retention initiatives
Qualifications:
- PHR certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of human resources best practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
