Job Details



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding
  • Manage benefits implementation and administration
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources-related matters
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Conduct training and development programs for employees
  • Manage the performance appraisal process
  • Provide support for employee engagement and retention initiatives

Qualifications:

  • PHR certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Strong knowledge of human resources best practices and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
