Our fast-paced manufacturing company is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will be a strategic individual with 5+ years of experience in managing human resources in the manufacturing or aerospace industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. They will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
6. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
8. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company.
9. Nurture a positive working environment.
10. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
11. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
12. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications:
1. Proven working experience in HR within a manufacturing environment.
2. People-oriented and results-driven.
3. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
5. Experience with ADP.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
8. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
9. Proficiency in Spanish and English.
10. Experience with ATS, HRIS, and Oracle.
