We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager for our fast-paced finance firm. This is a permanent position that offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent management, interviewing, employee relations, SHRM, performance management, HR, and FMLA.

Responsibilities:

As a Human Resources Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
4. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
6. Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
7. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
8. Nurturing a positive working environment.
9. Overseeing and managing employee benefits programs.
10. Implementing and revising the company’s compensation program.
11. Creating and revising job descriptions.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in the finance industry.
2. Proven experience in talent management, interviewing, employee relations, SHRM, performance management, HR, and FMLA.
3. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
5. A BS degree in Human Resources or related field; Masters in HRM or HR Certification will be a plus.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
8. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
9. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
10. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
