Job Details

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Site HR Lead for assigned manufacturing facility.
  • Leads Human Resource programs within the assigned function, including but not limited to, employee engagement, development, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, HR compliance, and unemployment.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues via effective and thorough investigation.
  • Operates as a trusted advisor to the site’s leadership, strengthening team effectiveness, and ensuring PSC values are always adhered to.
  • Provide balanced leadership as a member of management as well as an employee advocate.
  • Coach site leadership on the effective use of positive employee relations approaches and practices.
  • Supports hiring managers in identifying and retaining top talent, with focus on internal growth when possible.
  • Drive best practice sharing with peer HR Managers across the PSC sites; ensure a “one team” approach across the manufacturing network.
  • Coaches and develops leaders and team members.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline HR processes and helps to drive efficiencies with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Leads and supports strategic HR initiatives.
  • Leads an HR team, supporting growth and development, setting clear goals and objectives and providing clarity around role responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, manufacturing preferred
  • Experience with ADP WorkforceNow or other HRIS
