We are seeking a dynamic Consulting Human Resources - Organization Chart Consultant to join our team. This position is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in HR consulting, particularly in the construction field. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organizational structure, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for strategic planning. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our company's HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and manage the company's organizational chart and structure, ensuring it aligns with our strategic goals and objectives.
2. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
3. Conduct thorough analyses of our HR processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
4. Collaborate with senior management to understand their needs and challenges, offering expert HR advice and support.
5. Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the construction industry and HR field, incorporating relevant ideas into our HR strategies and practices.
6. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as employment laws and regulations.
8. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting our company's values and culture.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certifications will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR consulting, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing organizational charts and structures.
4. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices, as well as construction industry regulations and standards.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to HR management.
6. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
7. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
9. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
10. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
