Job Details

We are looking for a great HR Specialist or Manager who can be a hands on contributor to both subsidiaries within our company in the HR capacity:

  • Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment and provider coordination
  • Process payroll accurately and timely
  • Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
  • Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare required reports
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, performance management, and personnel documentation

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years HR experience
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems -- Paycom or paycor is beneficial but not required
  • Strong understanding of employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
