Job Details

This role will focus on diagnosing controls issues, optimizing building systems, supporting commissioning activities, and maintaining reliable HVAC automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with DDC/BAS systems, HVAC controls, electrical components, and low-voltage systems in commercial environments.

MUST HAVE:
  • 2+ years of experience working with HVAC Controls, Building Automation Systems (BAS), or Direct Digital Controls (DDC)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical controls, sensors, actuators, and related field devices
  • Experience with BAS platforms such as Siemens, Johnson Controls, Tridium Niagara, Trane, Honeywell, Automated Logic, or similar systems

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience with BAS programming, controller configuration, or system integration
  • HVAC service, electrical, or controls background
  • Manufacturer-specific BAS certifications
  • Experience supporting commissioning, startup, and system verification
  • Knowledge of low-voltage wiring, network communication, and controls integration
