Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Install, program, and troubleshoot building automation systems (BAS) for HVAC and other building systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, control schematics, and technical documents
- Assist with commissioning and testing of automated systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to service calls
- Interface with clients, project managers, and engineers to ensure successful system integration
- Maintain accurate documentation for all systems and service work
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience with BAS systems (such as Johnson Controls, Trane, Siemens, Honeywell, etc.)
- Strong understanding of HVAC system operation and electrical control circuits
- Experience with networking, DDC controls, and low-voltage wiring a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
