Job Details
Requirements -
5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
Background in design-build HVAC and life sciences is highly preferred
Strong understanding of contracts, change orders, and cost control
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or ACC preferred
Skilled in project scheduling, labor tracking, and client communication
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
Comfortable with site walks, ladders, rooftops, and active jobsite conditions
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously (unless assigned to a large-scale project)
Responsibilities -
+ Lead HVAC projects through estimating, design, construction, and closeout phases
+ Collaborate with superintendents, estimators, and admin teams to launch new jobs
+ Develop, publish, and update construction schedules weekly
+ Oversee labor tracking and installation productivity reporting
+ Coordinate procurement and scheduling of subcontractors and equipment
+ Run weekly construction meetings and set 4-week production targets
+ Generate monthly project forecasts, margin tracking, and progress billings
+ Manage change orders, RFIs, client communication, and site coordination
+ Finalize punch lists, commissioning, and project closeout documentation
+ Simultaneously manage 3–5 mid-size projects or one complex project
+ Participate in continuous process improvement and team collaboration
