Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and results-driven HVAC/Mechanical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. This position requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical services, and control solutions within the commercial and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide consultative sales support, understanding clients' needs and recommending appropriate HVAC/mechanical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate project specifications and timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, outlining the benefits and value of our HVAC/mechanical services.
  • Work closely with the estimating team to generate accurate and competitive project quotes.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.
  • Collaborate with legal and management teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in HVAC, mechanical systems, and controls.
  • Provide feedback to the leadership team regarding market dynamics and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in HVAC/mechanical sales within the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical services, and controls.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
