Job Details
Requirements:
- Able to identify new opportunities and generate prospects in the region. Promptly follow up on leads and referrals. Establish customer rapport and identify needs.
- Must have a competent understanding of HVAC mechanical systems. Ability to conduct building surveys and identify problems and propose cost-effective solutions and prepare maintenance agreement proposals along with making effective sales presentations.
- Understand prospect's organization and decision-making process, answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner.
- Develop a positive and professional relationship with new and existing customers to ensure that we are meeting their requirements to secure long-term customer loyalty.
- Support the service department by generating leads for service or equipment/device upgrades.
- Possess strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good conceptual aptitude, positive attitude, and have great teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
