A bit about us:
Maintenance Sales Representatives (MSR) are responsible for generating leads and closing new commercial HVAC preventive maintenance agreement agreements. You will develop long-term relationships with your portfolio of self-generated leads, connect with key business executives and stakeholders, and win new agreement proposals. This is a “hunter” type position.

Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Able to identify new opportunities and generate prospects in the region. Promptly follow up on leads and referrals. Establish customer rapport and identify needs.
- Must have a competent understanding of HVAC mechanical systems. Ability to conduct building surveys and identify problems and propose cost-effective solutions and prepare maintenance agreement proposals along with making effective sales presentations. Understand prospect's organization and decision-making process, answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner.
- Develop a positive and professional relationship with new and existing customers to ensure that we are meeting their requirements to secure long-term customer loyalty.
- Support the service department by generating leads for service or equipment/device upgrades.
- Possess strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good conceptual aptitude, positive attitude, and have great teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of sales experience (b2b preferred)
