Job Details



Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and chiller systems in commercial buildings, ensuring their optimal performance.
2. Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
3. Troubleshoot and repair problems with air conditioning systems, split systems, and rooftop chillers.
4. Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and professionally.
5. Comply with all safety and health regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
6. Complete all necessary paperwork, including service reports and timesheets.
7. Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service and technical support.
8. Stay current with the latest developments in HVAC and chiller technology, attending training courses as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service/Chiller Technician in the commercial construction industry.
2. OSHA 10 certification is required.
3. EPA Universal Certification is required.
4. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair split systems, rooftop chillers, and air conditioning systems.
5. Must have a clean driving record and pass an MVR check.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and fix mechanical issues quickly and efficiently.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
8. Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
9. Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging conditions.
10. Commitment to safety and quality, with a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
