Job Details
- Lead and manage a team of HVAC service technicians, ensuring efficient and effective service operations.
- Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and meet company objectives.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians, minimizing downtime and ensuring timely customer response.
- Evaluate technician performance, provide coaching, and conduct training sessions to improve productivity and skills.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify upselling opportunities and promote HVAC services.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, promptly address concerns, and meet their needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of equipment and parts.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and analyze service reports to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures.
