As a service manager on our team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring HVAC&R service and repair projects for assigned customer accounts, supporting Account Managers in defining technical requirements, and overseeing Service Technicians' performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor service/repair projects and technician performance.
  • Support Account Managers with technical requirements and estimates.
  • Assist and train technicians; guide interdepartmental personnel.
  • Ensure policy compliance, proper documentation, and strong customer/employee relations.
  • Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation and manage refrigerant inventory.
  • Support account management and employee performance monitoring.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:
  • 7+ years of HVAC and Refrigeration experience
  • 2+ years of department/team leadership experience
  • EPA refrigeration certification (Universal)

NICE TO HAVE:
  • BAS/BMS controls experience
