Job Details
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.
Respond to a high volume of service calls professionally, delivering clear communication and solutions to customers.
Diagnose system issues quickly and accurately, utilizing troubleshooting guides and proper tools.
Verify system operations, safety, and limit controls before completing service.
Ensure customer concerns are addressed, providing explanations and recommended next steps when necessary.
Coordinate daily schedules, arrival/departure times, and communicate effectively with customers.
Maintain accurate and timely completion of service reports and required paperwork.
Support and collaborate with fellow technicians to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
Stay current with technical knowledge by reading manuals, attending training, and participating in professional organizations.
Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience maintaining and servicing commercial HVAC systems.
Universal EPA Certification required.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems including chillers, air handlers, pumps, cooling towers, boilers, refrigeration, and controls.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to customers.
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
Commitment to reliability, professionalism, and customer service.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing ladders, working at heights, and performing tasks in varying positions and environments.
