We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing rental equipment company. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and installing a wide range of equipment including generators, air handlers, chillers, heating, and ventilation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair, strong electrical knowledge (transformers, panels, controls), and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Responsibilities
Service, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical rental equipment, including air handlers, chillers, heating, ventilation systems, and large generators
Perform installations of equipment, electrical panels, and transformers.
Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Safely operate tools, testing equipment, and company vehicles.
Provide excellent customer service while working on client sites.
Complete accurate service documentation, reports, and work orders.
Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
3+ years of HVAC service experience (industrial/commercial preferred).
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, transformers, and controls.
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
Clean and valid driver’s license (driving record required).
Ability to pass drug and alcohol test and a background check.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
