We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Permanent Director of Plumbing. Responsibilities:

As the Permanent Director of Plumbing, you will take on a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

1. Overseeing all plumbing operations and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
2. Leading, managing and developing a team of plumbing professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
3. Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction in the plumbing department.
4. Working closely with other department heads and senior management to ensure seamless coordination and integration of plumbing operations with other business functions.
5. Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards and best practices in the plumbing industry.
7. Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth and expansion in the plumbing sector.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Director of Plumbing, candidates must have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role in the plumbing industry.
2. Proven track record of managing large scale plumbing operations and projects, implementing plumbing tradelines into existing hvac companies, with a focus on quality, safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
4. Excellent strategic planning, project management and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong business acumen and understanding of the commercial dynamics of the plumbing industry.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
7. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, standards and best practices in the plumbing industry.
