Job Details
We’re seeking a highly skilled civil litigation associate to join our team and take on a variety of challenging litigation work. In this role, you will manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts. You’ll work closely with our clients and managing attorneys to develop case strategies and provide timely updates. The scope of work spans commercial, regulatory, product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, personal injury, construction defect, professional liability, and insurance coverage matters.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation, insurance defense, professional liability defense, and/or construction defect litigation.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Proven experience with trials, depositions, and litigation strategy.
- Active bar license in the state of North Carolina.
