We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with dual licensure in Illinois and California to join our prestigious legal team.

Position Overview:
Handle a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters including:
  • Professional liability cases
  • Nursing home defense
  • Condominium disputes
  • Elder abuse litigation
  • General commercial disputes

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of litigation from investigation through trial and appeal
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and litigation documents
  • Conduct discovery and depositions
  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
  • Develop strategic case approaches and legal strategies
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

Required Qualifications:
  • J.D. from accredited law school
  • Active bar admission in both Illinois and California
  • 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience
  • Experience in professional liability, healthcare, or elder law preferred
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Commitment to superior client service
