Hybrid Director of Accounting

Diversified healthcare company seeking a Director of Accounting to oversee their operational and technical accounting team. We are hiring because of ongoing growth within the company as we are continuing to diversify ourselves within the healthcare industry. You will have an opportunity to work on various projects, process improvements, implement controls and manage a high performing team.

We are at an interesting growth phase within the organization where we have successfully reinvented ourselves coming out of covid and we are continuing to grow our core business while building out a diverse business portfolio within our industry.

In this role you will have a team of 5 direct reports including a Manager and Sr Accountant long with Staff level Accounting and Finance professionals to deliver operational and technical accounting functions within the organization.
