Job Details

As an E-Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing the end-to-end e-billing process, ensuring all client billing requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Utilizing e-billing platforms such as CounselLink, Tymetrix 360, and LegalTracker to submit invoices and handle any related issues.
3. Regularly reconciling billing accounts and maintaining accurate records in the General Ledger.
4. Generating comprehensive billing reports and providing insights to the management team.
5. Collaborating with attorneys and other stakeholders to ensure billing procedures align with client agreements and firm policies.
6. Assisting in the development and implementation of improved billing procedures and controls.
7. Resolving any billing discrepancies or errors in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Working with the firm's software, Aderant, to manage client costs and billing.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm environment.
2. Proven experience with e-billing platforms such as CounselLink, Tymetrix 360, and LegalTracker.
3. Strong knowledge of reconciliation and General Ledger management.
4. Proficiency in generating detailed and accurate billing reports.
5. Familiarity with Aderant or similar legal practice management software.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
9. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
