Job Details

Key duties and responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include, but may not be limited to:
  • Provide assistance to several Managing Directors, including:
  • Maintaining calendars/schedules and setting up appointments and meetings
  • Collating and tracking expenses
  • Coordinating and booking travel
  • Help assist with general formatting of documents
  • Assist members of the team with creation/assembly of proposals in response to public RFPs (requests for proposals), which outline why our client should be selected for a particular client engagement.
  • Assist in managing the office, including ensuring adequacy of office supplies, keeping common areas tidy, welcoming visitors, etc.
  • Filing and retrieving documents including nondisclosure agreements, contracts, investment committee materials, etc.
  • Provide general support to the Operations team, including but not limited to assisting with planning social events and company-wide gatherings.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in executive/administrative assistance, human capital/resources, operations, or other related roles, particularly in the professional services industry.
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success with follow-up and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced ability in Microsoft Office products (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort and eagerness to learn additional software applications. This competency will be measured prior to hire.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, a self-starter, and an excellent time manager.
  • Team player.
  • A driven, high-energy, career-oriented individual with passion for achievement and hunger to succeed in life and in business.
  • Infectiously positive personality that adds energy and motivates others to do their best.
  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
