Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, and core HR operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This individual will oversee the hiring of 20+ employees per month, conduct over 100 interviews monthly, and manage end-to-end HR functions that support employee engagement, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers, and new hire onboarding.
  • Conduct 100+ candidate interviews monthly across various roles and departments.
  • Ensure timely hiring of 20+ employees per month to meet organizational growth targets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and workforce planning needs.
  • Oversee and continuously improve onboarding programs to drive engagement, retention, and productivity from day one.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a fair, timely, and compliant manner.
  • Support initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution, performance conversations, and disciplinary actions as needed.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Manage and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Oversee HR records, reporting, and audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize HRIS and ATS systems to maintain data integrity and improve processes.
  • Performance Management & Development
  • Support managers in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and managing employee performance.
  • Identify training and development needs; coordinate learning opportunities to support growth.
  • Provide coaching to employees and managers to foster professional development.
  • Strategic HR Support
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, retention, time-to-fill, employee satisfaction) and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy.
  • Drive initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in high-volume recruiting.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, onboard, and retain large numbers of employees monthly.
  • Solid knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
