Job Details

We’re seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys with a focus on Premises Liability to join our growing litigation team.

**Responsibilities**

Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters with a strong emphasis on premises liability

Work with an engaged, client-driven legal team to deliver efficient and high-quality results

Participate in case strategy development, legal research, pleadings, discovery, and court appearances

Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure timely and effective legal support

Help mentor junior associates (optional, but welcomed)

**What You Bring**

3+ years of Insurance Defense experience (Premises Liability is a must)

Strong litigation and case management skills

Confidence working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Clear communication, client service mindset, and a proactive attitude

Must be defense-side focused
