We are a dynamic and progressive law firm seeking an experienced Hybrid Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be a blend of remote and on-site work, offering the flexibility of working from home while also providing the opportunity to collaborate in-person with our dedicated team. As a Hybrid Legal Administrative Assistant, you will be a key player in our firm, providing high-level support to our managing partners and attorneys. You will be involved in managing projects, maintaining confidentiality, preparing reports, conducting research, and managing documents, among other tasks. This role requires a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3 to 7 attorneys, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Handle project management duties, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and edit legal documents and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare detailed reports on findings.
  • Manage emails, draft correspondence, and handle document management tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members, demonstrating strong teamwork skills and the ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to prepare presentations and other materials.
  • Utilize 3e software and Interaction software effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm.
  • Proven experience in project management, confidentiality management, and budget management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Office.
  • Experience with 3e software and Interaction software.
  • Demonstrated research skills and experience preparing detailed reports.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in legal document preparation and legal compliance.
  • Proven ability to review and edit contracts.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in legal administration, including supporting managing partners.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
