Job Details

Our work encompasses a broad spectrum of litigation, including health care disputes, medical malpractice cases, insurance defense, probate matters, real estate and land use conflicts, labor and employment issues, and business and commercial litigation.

We are looking for litigation associates with 1–5 years of experience to join our team. This position offers meaningful client engagement, opportunities to take on significant responsibilities, and hands-on experience throughout all stages of an engaging and multifaceted litigation practice.

The ideal candidate will bring strong academic achievements, exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—and experience handling depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment are key. While admission to practice in New Hampshire is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
