This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation matters, providing critical support to our attorneys in all stages of the litigation process. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing electronic and paper case files, preparing reports, assisting attorneys in depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and ADR. Familiarity with software like Casepoint and Relativity is a plus. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation support, with a preference for those with experience in environmental law.

Responsibilities:
1. Review and manage both electronic and paper case files, ensuring all information is accurate, organized, and easily accessible.
2. Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and ADR by conducting comprehensive legal research and preparing necessary documentation.
3. Utilize litigation support software such as Casepoint and Relativity to manage e-discovery processes efficiently.
4. Prepare detailed reports related to case progression, findings, and outcomes.
5. Coordinate and manage all aspects of litigation, from the initial case assessment to the final resolution.
6. Provide comprehensive support to attorneys, including drafting legal documents, preparing exhibits, and organizing evidence.
7. Stay current with changes in environmental law and other relevant areas of legal practice.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal; experience in environmental law will be a significant advantage.
3. Extensive experience in document review, management of electronic and paper case files, and report preparation.
4. Proven ability to assist attorneys in depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and ADR.
5. Proficiency in legal research and e-discovery, with a strong understanding of legal documentation.
6. Experience with litigation support software, preferably Casepoint and Relativity.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. High level of professionalism, with a proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
10. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach and a problem-solving mindset.
