We are an AmLaw 50 and we are seeking a Legal Recruiting Specialist who will work closely with the firm’s Director Recruiting and to execute the firm's strategic recruiting initiatives. The Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist interfaces regularly with partners, search firms, candidates, and business professionals, and is a proactive representative of the firm. The ideal candidate will have prior legal recruiting experience.

Job Details

We are seeking a Permanent Lateral Partner Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the Legal industry. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting and talent development. The candidate must have experience in viRecruit and lateral attorney recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full cycle recruiting for lateral partner positions in the manufacturing industry.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a pipeline of talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate selection process.
  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding for new hires.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations and recruiting firms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting and talent development.
  • Experience with viRecruit and lateral attorney recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
