The position requires the development, analysis, and publishing of financial information. Performance of financial audits and investigations to ensure regulatory compliance that adheres to all procedures, regulations, and policies at all levels of government. The position requires all duties to be performed in a confidential manner. Must be able to forecast data to assist with the law firm’s strategic plans, loan applications, and budgetary matters.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent HYBRID Senior Accountant to join our team in the Marketing industry. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, including reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and forecast, including variance analysis and financial modeling
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
• Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, vendors, and customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience in the Marketing industry is a plus, but not required
