Will be responsible for short and long term strategy.

Responsibilities:

Conduct financial and operational analyses to drive decision-making.
Prepare presentations for various stakeholders including the Board, investors, banks, and rating agencies.
Execute commodity analyses and manage hedge programs.
Oversee the midstream take-in-kind process.
Maintain insurance coverage and manage reserve-based loan programs.
Assist in structuring asset-backed securitization issuances.
Develop corporate financial models to support budgeting and strategic decisions.
Cultivate relationships with private equity investors, banks, attorneys, auditors, and consultants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's reserve reports.
Manage market research activities, including competitor analysis and macro trends in the oil and gas industry.
Work closely with the accounting department on financial reporting to investors.
Collaborate with data science and software teams to develop analytical products.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred.
2+ years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity, with a focus on the oil and gas
