Job Details


Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including federal, state, local, and international tax returns.
2. Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies.
3. Collaborate with the finance department to accurately forecast tax payments and returns.
4. Conduct complex tax research and prepare reports on findings.
5. Review financial data for accuracy, correctness, and completeness.
6. Ensure compliance with the latest tax laws and regulations.
7. Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
8. Develop strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and managing feedback.
9. Coordinate with accounting staff to gather and analyze financial data.
10. Provide guidance and training to junior staff members.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax manager or public accountant role.
3. Proven knowledge and expertise in the application of tax laws and regulations.
4. Proficient in tax software and databases, as well as MS Office.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret tax forms and legal documents.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
10. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
11. Experience in strategic tax planning and compliance.
12. Familiarity with a wide range of financial and tax software.
