12 Bed Adult ICU in a community hospital setting. 12's 7-7 either days or nights.

What will you be doing:
· The critical care RN provides nursing care on a general ICU with a cohesive interdisciplinary team.
· Conducts an assessment of patient’s condition (i.e., physical, emotional, age, etc.), documents assessment findings, and, in conjunction with medical notes, develops a plan of care.
· Utilizes and monitors invasive lines, e.g. CVP monitoring, Arterial Line monitoring. Able to utilize and manage critically ill patients requiring mechanical ventilation, BIPAP, and CPAP.

Skills you need:
· Critical Care experience as a RN
· TX RN state license or eligibility to obtain
