We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop and implement nursing care plans to foster quality outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and protocols.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records.
  • Respond to life-saving situations, using nursing standards and protocols for treatment.
  • Act as a patient advocate by supporting the basic rights, values, and beliefs of the patient.
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
  • Participate in educational opportunities to update knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of patient assessment and triage, as well as patient care planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and provide patient-centered care.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Physical stamina for demanding work.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
