We are seeking a skilled and experienced Permanent ICU Registered Nurse to join our team in the medical industry. As a Permanent ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU. You will be working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, where you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and other diagnostic tests
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Operate and maintain medical equipment, including ventilators, monitors, and IV pumps
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs

Qualifications:

• BLS certification
• Colorado Nurse Compact license or RN License CO
• Nursing Degree, BSN preferred
• 2+ years of experience in ICU, ICU Step-Down, or Neuro ICU
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts
