We are seeking an experienced Consulting Imaging Applications Analyst to join our dynamic Tech Services team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and support of imaging applications. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including Dicom, HL7, Fuji PACS, and Varian Aria. Responsibilities:
1. Provide consulting services to clients, including system selection, design, installation, and implementation of imaging applications.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all imaging application-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
3. Perform regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
5. Develop and deliver training programs to end-users, ensuring maximum system utilization and proficiency.
6. Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations, minimizing disruption to client operations.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and FAQs.
8. Stay abreast of the latest developments in imaging technology, recommending new tools and technologies as appropriate.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on imaging applications.
3. Proficiency in Dicom, HL7, Fuji PACS, and Varian Aria.
4. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Strong commitment to customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
9. Ability to stay current with the latest developments in imaging technology.
10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
Required experience with key applications:
Experience with design, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrading, testing, and supporting clinical imaging applications (i.e., Cerner RadNet, Fuji PACS/CV, PowerScribe 360, Varian Aria, Natus Xltek, Provation)
Working level knowledge of DICOM, HL7 and IHE.
Working level knowledge of clinical imaging applications (i.e., Cerner RadNet, Fuji PACS/CV, PowerScribe 360, Varian Aria, Natus Xltek, Provation)
