Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients on matters related to immigration law, including family-based immigration, deportation defense, and employment-based immigration.
2. Prepare and submit legal documents such as visa applications, waivers, and appeals.
3. Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, interviews, and meetings.
4. Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy.
5. Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies and solutions for complex immigration cases.
6. Provide exceptional client service, including maintaining regular communication and providing updates on case progress.
7. Advocate for immigrant rights and contribute to the development of immigration law and policy.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to a state bar.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an immigration attorney, with a focus on family-based immigration, deportation defense, and employment-based immigration.
4. Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedure.
5. Exceptional legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
6. Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload.
7. Ability to represent clients in a variety of settings, including immigration court and interviews.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to client service.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
