Job Details
We are seeking an Immigration Associate with 2+ years of experience in U.S. immigration law to manage a diverse caseload and provide comprehensive legal advice to clients and paralegals.

Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a variety of immigration cases, including: Adjustment of Status (AOS), Naturalization (N-400), U Visa Applications, Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) Visas, K-1 Fiancé Visas, Consular Processing, Asylum (Affirmative and Defensive), I-601A Waivers, Cancellation of Removal (42B), TN and B-2 Visas, Employment-Based Visas.
- Meet with clients, analyze cases, and provide strategic legal advice.
- Assist and guide paralegals and support staff in preparing legal documents and case filings.
- Research and draft legal memoranda, motions, and petitions.
- Maintain and monitor case deadlines and legal filings.
- Participate in firm growth by developing efficient case management strategies.
- Represent clients in EOIR proceedings, including Master Calendar Hearings, Bond Hearings, and Individual Hearings.
Requirements:
- Licensed attorney in good standing with a mainland US Bar (Georgia Preferred).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in immigration law.
- Strong understanding of family-based immigration, humanitarian visas, and waivers.
- Interest in learning EOIR proceedings or prior experience in removal defense is a plus.
- Ability to Generate Clients.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
