We are seeking a dynamic, Immigration Attorney to join our thriving legal team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for representing clients in all aspects of immigration law, including but not limited to visa applications, litigation, and dispute resolution. You will have the opportunity to work on complex cases, providing strategic legal advice, and making a significant impact on the lives of individuals seeking immigration assistance. Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in all aspects of immigration law, including H1B, O1, E1, L1, and visa applications.
2. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
3. Handle all aspects of litigation, including preparing pleadings, discovery, and trial.
4. Engage in dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.
5. Provide legal advice on complex immigration issues, including commercial litigation and civil litigation.
6. Manage case files and ensure timely and accurate case management, including document preparation, filing, and communication with clients.
7. Stay updated with changes in immigration law and procedures to offer up-to-date advice and guidance to clients.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a comprehensive, strategic approach to client representation.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a member in good standing of any US state bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an immigration attorney, with a strong background in litigation, dispute resolution, and immigration law.
4. Proven experience with H1B, O1, E1, L1, and visa applications.
5. Excellent legal research skills and the ability to provide strategic legal advice.
6. Proven track record in case management, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in all aspects of immigration law.
8. Strong negotiation skills and experience in dispute resolution.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to excellence and high standards.
10. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and solve complex legal issues.
