Roles & Responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects.
- Assist in preparing RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders.
- Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting updates to the team.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or engineering.
- Familiarity with construction management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication abilities.
