Job Details

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects.
  • Assist in preparing RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting updates to the team.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or engineering.
  • Familiarity with construction management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Team-oriented mindset with effective communication abilities.
